Doris Berkey comes to the Lancaster team with over 30 years of leadership in both the non-profit and business arenas. Berkey will be responsible for partnering with clients, subcontractors, contractors and international as well as local vendors. She has extensive experience in Leadership Development, Sales, Team Building, Project Management, Community engagement, Business Development, Public Relations, Marketing and Client engagement. She has held positions as Chief Philanthropic Officer, Director of Development, Philanthropic Officer, Sales Manager/Brand Ambassador over the last 20 years.

Born into an Air Force family, she traveled extensively and credits her outgoing, friendly, personality to always engaging people in the moment, believing that we should try to make a positive impact on everyone we meet. (She actually attended 3 different elementary schools in 3rd grade, In Spain, Maryland and Texas). She moved to Sarasota from Connecticut making Sarasota County her home for over 24 years. She is blessed by three grown, married daughters, and six grandchildren (all under the age of 7)! In her fun time, she loves to go on adventures with her family and friends, kayaking and exploring all that nature has to offer here on the Suncoast. Her idea of a great day… sitting on the beach, reading a book! She believes that together we can make positive, life-changing happenings, so she volunteers extensively in our community.
