Smart Home Services
Hourly
Smart Home setup and consultation program blinds, lights, setup computers, wifi connection, smart TV’s, Alexa, Google Home, network consulting, purchasing and selection of smart home accessories.
Administrative Services
Hourly
May include on site measuring, communication with vendors, architects and builder, compiling quotes, take-offs, or purchasing. Maintaining client records and plans. Preparing Client presentations and supporting documents.
Site Visits by Designer
Hourly
Visits to job site, meetings on site with applicable vendors or other out of office requirements by Designer.
Drafting & Renderings
Hourly
All drafting and computer aided type drawings, renderings, or designs.
Art & Accessory Hanging

Includes Designer and Handyman, all materials (exception for specialty hardware)
Trade Shows & Markets
day + all expenses
Designer will travel to trade shows on behalf of client. All travel and accommodation expenses are paid by Client prior to departure. Additional travel expenses will be billed upon return and paid by Client. Client may attend all trade shows with Designer with advances reservations.
