DESIGN · STYLING · SOLUTIONS

Whole-home interior design and furnishings, from first concept through installation and final styling.

Bring us in before construction begins, from plan review and builder allowances to a detailed Schematic Design Book.

Whole-home remodeling designed before demo: space planning, a Schematic Design Book, selections and design oversight.

Kitchen, closet, garage and outdoor cabinetry designed around the way you live, from semi-custom to fully custom.

Custom draperies, motorized shades, shutters and exterior treatments, designed around your light, privacy and view.

Book a Half Day or Full Day with an experienced designer, without the commitment of a full-service project.
The designer who plans your project stays with it through final installation, so nothing is lost in a handover and your brief is never explained twice.
Procurement, scheduling, freight and installation are coordinated in-house, so delays surface early enough to solve rather than on the day of delivery.

Since 1946 we have completed more than 5,000 spaces on this coast, so we know what holds up to Gulf sun, salt and humidity.
Design direction, materials and budget are agreed together and in writing, so you approve the whole picture before any order is placed.
Clear communication is at the heart of every project. Our team works closely with homeowners, architects, and builders to make sure ideas translate smoothly into construction. Through detailed drawings, finish selections, and 3D renderings, clients can clearly see their spaces before they are built.
We begin by understanding how you live every day, what the architecture requires, and the atmosphere you want to thoughtfully create.
Through schematic design, space planning, material selections, furnishings, and 3D visualization, we shape a cohesive direction.
Approved decisions are translated into precise drawings, specifications, and a comprehensive Project Design Book.
We coordinate with your project team and guide procurement, installation, and final styling through completion.

Both. Plenty of clients start with one room — a primary suite, a kitchen, a lanai — and come back for the rest of the house later. We would rather do one room properly than stretch a budget across a whole home and compromise everywhere.
It depends less on design time than on two things outside the studio: the lead times on what you have chosen, and the pace of the build itself. A single room moves quickly. A full home running alongside construction is a long engagement, and custom pieces stretch it further than stock ones. We give you a realistic schedule once we know exactly what is being ordered and who else is working on the house, and we update it as the build moves.
Yes, and we prefer to be involved early. When we join before construction documents are finalised, we can resolve layout, lighting and cabinetry decisions on paper instead of on site.
Light, salt and seasonality. Intense sun fades textiles and finishes that would be fine further north, salt air corrodes the wrong hardware, and homes that sit empty for months need materials that tolerate being closed up. We specify with all three in mind.
It depends on scope, home size and how much of the work you want us to carry. A single room refresh, a full-home furnishing package and a gut remodel sit at very different levels. We give you a design plan and a budget together at the second stage, before any money is committed to furniture or trades, so you are approving a number rather than discovering one.
