Lakewood Ranch is one of the communities Lancaster Interior Design serves from its studio in Osprey, and our clients there include homes in The Lake Club and The Concession. Whether you are building new, remodeling or furnishing a single room, the studio brings architecture, interiors and furnishings together as one plan.
All six of our services are available to Lakewood Ranch homeowners.
Building in Lakewood Ranch, the best time to bring us in is before the foundation is poured. We join your architect and builder during planning so furniture layouts inform lighting, cabinetry connects to appliances and plumbing, and windows are planned with their draperies and shades in mind. We also review builder allowances against the selections you actually want, so any gap shows up on paper instead of during construction. New construction interior design in Lakewood Ranch.
For a finished Lakewood Ranch home that needs a complete interior, we develop furnishings, fabrics, lighting and art as one scheme, aim to settle the overall direction within two to three weeks, and then handle the purchasing, tracking and receiving through to styling day. Full-service interior design in Lakewood Ranch.
Our Lake Club project transformed a classic Lakewood Ranch home, church organ included. For a remodel we design before demolition begins, document what changes and what stays, bring in architects and engineers when their expertise is needed, and recommend a 15 to 20 percent construction contingency. Remodeling interior design in Lakewood Ranch.
For Lakewood Ranch homes we design solar, woven and Roman shades and custom draperies around sun exposure, privacy and the view you want to keep, with rechargeable, battery or hardwired motorization for existing homes and new builds, plus exterior shades and draperies for lanais and outdoor rooms. Custom window treatments in Lakewood Ranch.
Walk-in closets, dressing rooms, pantries, home offices and garage systems designed around what you own, from semi-custom lines such as Wood-Mode, Brookhaven, Decorá and Fabuwood to fully bespoke pieces and our private-label closet and garage systems. Custom closets and cabinetry in Lakewood Ranch.
