Siesta Key is one of the communities Lancaster Interior Design serves from its studio in Osprey, and our team has decorated Siesta Key homes for the holidays alongside Longboat Key and downtown Sarasota. Whether you are furnishing a single room, remodeling or building new, the studio brings architecture, interiors and furnishings together as one plan.
Every one of our six services is available to Siesta Key homeowners.
For a Siesta Key home that needs a complete interior, the studio develops the furnishings, fabrics, lighting and art as a single scheme, usually settles the overall direction within two to three weeks, and then manages the purchasing, tracking and receiving through to styling day. Full-service interior design in Siesta Key.
On a Siesta Key remodel we design before demolition begins, document what changes and what stays, bring in architects and engineers where their expertise is needed, and advise a 15 to 20 percent construction contingency. Condominium boards can need drawings weeks ahead, so those are prepared early. Remodeling interior design in Siesta Key.
If you are building on Siesta Key, bring us in before the plans are final. We work alongside your architect and builder so furniture layouts inform the lighting, cabinetry connects to appliances and plumbing, and windows are planned with their draperies and shades in mind, and we review builder allowances against the selections you actually want. New construction interior design in Siesta Key.
Solar, woven and Roman shades and custom draperies, planned around sun exposure, privacy and the view you want to keep, with rechargeable, battery or hardwired motorization, plus exterior shades and draperies for lanais and outdoor rooms. Window treatments are available on their own as well as within a larger project. Custom window treatments in Siesta Key.
Closets, dressing rooms, pantries, home offices and garage systems planned around what you own, from semi-custom lines such as Wood-Mode, Brookhaven, Decorá and Fabuwood to fully bespoke pieces and our private-label closet and garage systems. Custom cabinetry and closets in Siesta Key.
